House blend - Lemongrass Ginger
Filled with antioxidant and anti inflammatory health benefits, this tea blend is a perfect sip if you catch a cold or if you wish to detox after a heavy meal. Add honey and lemon to enhance the flavour.
How to brew
- Use about 2 to 3 teaspoon of lemongrass ginger and steep in a cup of hot water.
- Leave it to steep in hot water for about 10 to 15 mins or more to allow ginger to be deeply soaked to release it's fragrance.
- Recommend to add in honey and lemon to enhance the taste.
